A place to meet, a place to eat.
From croissants to crumpets, jacket potatoes to paninis and sandwiches to salads, hopefully there's something for everyone to enjoy. We're open for our special 'Licious breakfast from 9am Monday to Saturday and close at 3pm Monday to Friday, 2pm Saturday (sorry, but we do have to close sometime!).

In the Tea Room, there's a bit of a lean towards the healthy option with our salads and the wholemeal bread we use, but we don't shout about it,
("shhhhhhh", don't tell anyone that our beans are low-salt low-sugar or that we use Flora on our sandwiches or that we don't fry ANYTHING!) and if you expect to see chips on our menu...
Our scones, cakes, cupcakes, flapjack... are all made from scratch
on the premises and not bought in or made from packet mixes.
We searched high and low for the perfect partner to our cakes & scones and found a fantastic locally roasted coffee! The same company also supply our house tea. We think both coffee and tea are fantastic, guess you need to come in and try it for yourself!
If you fancy a cheeky Earl Grey or a calming Chamomile we serve speciality teas too, by Taylors of Harrogate don't you know.

We're not a cafe or a "greasy spoon" and we serve to our customers what we would like to eat.
We don't like pre-packed plastic ham, so we buy our ham locally and
hand-carve it ourselves.
We don't like battery farmed eggs, so we buy free range eggs locally.
